Using natural food is healthier than conventional food.

Is this statement true? I know your answer will be yes. Let us have a look into it.

In the words of the World Health Organisation, “Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease and infirmity." So obviously for being healthy one should choose natural food over the conventional and attractively coloured food. By the term natural foods, I am pointing out to those foods which are not man made or artificial in any aspect of their production.

Natural foods do not contain any kinds of additives, growth hormones or chemicals. These natural foods are grown in a fashion which the nature wants them to grow.

Do you know the exact causes of the different new types of diseases that are being discovered on a daily basis? In my opinion, it is due to the lack of proper nutrition and the non-incorporation or organic and natural foods in our diet.

We all know that the cattle are fed till they become fat and then are taken to the slaughter house. In a similar way, we are also fed with the conventional foods, which finally lead us to various diseases and ailments.

If we feel some pain, then we either choose for some drugs which can be availed with or without prescription. Even though we may obtain temporary relief by using these, the basic cause will remain unaltered. Shift to natural food and lead an organic lifestyle to avoid any complications.

Let me tell you something more. Do you know how the huge quantity of vegetables and fruits that we consume daily are produced? A lot of chemicals are used to enhance the numbers so that shortage does not occur. But we can see very often that the natural foods are not available in such huge quantities due to the restricted natural manure available. So go in for natural food.
