NATURAL LIPSTICK

Do you know that all of us eat the lipsticks we apply? Yes we do consume about four pounds of lipsticks in our entire life. Are you shocked? Don’t worry. You can consume the lipstick as much as you want if you are using natural lipsticks.

Natural lipsticks do not contain any lead in its ingredients. Most of the lips we use daily consist of synthetic chemicals, dyes, fragrances as well as some petroleum products. But the natural lipstick does not contain any of the ingredients mentioned above.

Any lipstick can be prepared in a very simple manner. The three main constituents of any lipstick, be it natural lipstick or an artificial one, are the wax, oil and the colour.

The natural lipsticks are made up of the following:

1. Wax from the plants such as candellila or carnauba or the bee wax. This forms the body of the lipstick.
2. The oils of chamomile, sunflower or jojoba are used in the natural lipsticks which aid them to spread properly while applying on the lips.
3. The pigments provide colour to the natural lipsticks. The pigments may be from natural herbs like turmeric or from insects like cochineal or even the mineral based ones like iron oxide or titanium dioxide. Even the organic pigments are used to deliver colour to the natural lipsticks.

So what are you thinking now? Do not worry about developing cancers or any other disease any more.

Use natural lipsticks. They keep your lips even prettier than the artificial ones. You need not waste your money to buy any more moisturisers and glosses in addition to the costly lipsticks.

Choose natural lipsticks. They keep you lips beautiful, moisturised, shiny, nourished and healthy. What more do you want?

So the next time you buy a lipstick, ask for a natural lipstick.
